Registration Information for 2023

The Bandmasters Championship will be held on October 28, 2023!  Registrations for participating bands are being accepted now via our online registration form.  The registration form offers you the opportunity to pay your band’s entry fee online by credit card.  However, if you need to pay by check, you may select the option to receive an invoice.  Your registration does not become official until we receive your entry fee.

Bands may register as:

1) Championship Division - competing in one of our four classes (A through AAAA) and eligible for all awards including the Bandmasters Grand Championship.  Entry fee is $200.

2) Open Division - performing in exhibition and receiving adjudicator comments, but not eligible for awards.  Entry fee is $150.

3) Observing Band - all students receive passes to watch bands.  No fee if requested by a band director.
